Not sure if this is the right place but I haven’t been able to fall asleep so easily lately and I find myself tossing and turning wanting to just go to sleep. I did stop smoking cannabis for a couple of dates and yes this can be a part of it but I usually do a reflection or place some frequency sleep music so that I can fall asleep but this isn’t working like it be applicable to anymore. I have noticed that when I are sleeping my brain just keep talking and throughout the day my brain doesn’t certainly talk. I was wondering if anyone has any tips-off or advice. this would assist a good deal thank you !!!
